Historic Hotel Veranda Rooms
The four rooms on the second floor (upstairs) of the historic hotel feature 14 foot ceilings, fully restored and beautiful period fixtures in the bathrooms and a veranda overlooking the property.  Room capacity: 2 adults ~ no children.

Garden Rooms
The eight Garden Rooms all have balconies facing the garden between the hotel and restaurant.  The four lower rooms also featuring private back decks with outdoor showers and Japanese teak "ofuro" soaking tubs.  The upper garden rooms are accessable by stairs only.  Room capacity for lower garden "ofuro" rooms: 2 adults ~ no children.

Suites
The Farmhouse and the Caretaker's Bungalow Buildings feature two large, sunny suites, two smaller "junior" suites and a unique single "garret" room.  The Farmhouse suite meets all ADA requirements.

Common Areas
The common areas for the enjoyment of all include the parlor and dining room in the Hotel, the extensive gardens, the pool and spa area, the Blue Wing Saloon Restaurant and Riffe's Meeting House, ideal for meetings, parties and gatherings. 

 
Continental Breakfast
The Tallman Hotel offers a complimentary continental buffet style breakfast with emphasis on fresh and homemade: unique coffee cakes, freshly baked scones, fruit sourced locally, yogurt, and granola made from our own recipe. Start your day with freshly brewed organic coffee, an assortment of fine teas, or your choice of juice. Enjoy all of this in our formal dining area or take a breakfast tray to your room.

Pets ~ Sorry, but pets are not allowed in our rooms.

Corporate Rates ~ Institutions projecting a steady requirement for rooms at the Tallman are encouraged to establish such pricing and billing arrangements directly with Hotel management. 

Government Rates ~ Unfortunately we are not able to accept current minimum rates for government employees.
